What venues do you offer for weddings?
There are several beautiful locations to marry within the gated community of Hidden Mountain East. Two of the most popular locations for larger gatherings are The Prayer Gardens at Hidden Mountain and The Lodge at Hidden Mountain Resort. For smaller wedding parties of 10 or less, The Gazebo at The Dell is a lovely spot set over a small pond surrounded by landscaped walkways with arched landscape bridges and willow trees. These venues can be reserved through Kay Green, our Director of Group Sales..
Guests of Hidden Mountain East may also choose from lovely settings throughout the resort grounds, such as The Picnic Pavilions beside our fishing ponds, Spring Lake and Summer Lake. These are rustic pavilions set in a valley in the resort. Depending on the time of year, the foliage can really make this area stand out. It is important to note that these locations cannot be reserved, so they are First Come, First Served.
If a guest reserves our 14-bedroom River Lodge, we also recommend the riverside below The Lodge for an open-air Smoky Mountain wedding.
Finally, many guests choose to marry in one of our log cabin rental homes, each decorated with a unique mountain theme.”
What venues do you offer for receptions?
The Lodge at Hidden Mountain is perfect for wedding receptions. The Upper Level will seat up to 120 guests. It has a commercial kitchen, 2 screened porches, restrooms, a large fireplace, a piano, and a large covered front porch. For smaller gatherings, we also have the Lower Level of The Lodge, Bluff View Banquet Room. This venue has a kitchen, restrooms, and a wrap-around covered porch. Many couples also have receptions in their cabins. For weddings and receptions at your cabin, please keep the maximum occupancy in mind for available parking and overnight guests.
Do you have a smaller space for Rehearsal Dinner or Reception?
Yes, The Bluff View Banquet Room is located on the lower level of The Lodge. It has a separate entrance and parking area, a covered porch, a kitchen and restrooms in addition to the main area. The Bluff View Banquet Room requires a separate reservation, and it can also be booked through Kay Green.
Are their restrictions on events at The Lodge at Hidden Mountain or Bluff View Banquet Room?

If I rent The Lodge or The Prayer Gardens for my wedding, what hours is it available to me?
We offer daily rentals from 8 a.m. to midnight. If you will need to decorate the day before the wedding or clean up the day following the event, you will need to reserve those days, as well.
Can we rent the meeting rooms/gazebo for just a few hours?
No, Our venues are available for daily rental only.
How many do they seat, and do you provide tables and chairs?
We do provide some tables and chairs for The Lodge and Bluff View Banquet Center. We do not provide seating for The Prayer Gardens. You may contact a party rental company to rent chairs for The Prayer Gardens.
The Lodge is sat up to seat 120 guests but has had up to 300 guests if additional tables and chairs are added. The Bluff View can seat up to 80 guests and has had up to 100 guests if additional seating and tables are added.
Do you provide table linens?
No. These can be rented from a party rental company.
Do you have a caterer on-site?
No. You may choose from our list of recommended vendors.
What type of lodging do you have for Wedding groups?
Not only do we have many beautiful and romantic honeymoon cabins at Hidden Mountain East, but we also have accommodations available for your entire wedding party. With 1 to 14 bedroom log cabins, 2 and 3 bedroom villas, and 1 to 5 bedroom cottages, and Class A Motor coach sites available, there is something for everyone.

Do you offer any specials on the meeting rooms?
For a limited time if you reserve the Lodge and the Gazebo is available for the same day, you may reserve the Gazebo free of charge.
