Lot 2605, Dancing Bears, offers a Coach Site plus Coach House. The renovated coach house is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, standing shower, and stacked, front-load washer and dryer. It has a large screened porch with 2 hand-made rockers and a Tropitone outdoor table and chairs. On the large patio outside the screened porch there is a Cowboy Cauldron fire pit, high-end outdoor tables and chairs, a high-end outdoor swing, and room to park your golf cart. The concrete pad is one of the largest in the resort, so there is plenty of room for relaxing. The cabin also has available private gigabit internet service from Spectrum, a new Roku TV, and a new air conditioner.
All RVs must be Class A or Super C
- Super C as defined by this association is greater that 30’ in length AND medium-duty or larger truck chassis specifically defined as Ford F550 (or greater), GMC Kodiak/Topkick, or a highway tractor
