The MAIN LEVEL includes the master bedroom fraturing a king bed, dual vanities, and large closet/office area, open living room, fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and a Keurig, 2 dining room areas, a full-size washer/dryer, garage parking access, & beautiful Smoky Mountain views! Doors lead outside to an expansive open-air porch, including a Blackstone griddle grill, patio table, and rocking chairs.
The UPPER LEVEL includes another king bedroom with an expansive closet, 2 Guest Rooms, each with private vanities in the rooms, another large closet and a bunk bed.
The LOWER LEVEL includes a large game room, complete with 2 multicade games, pool table / ping pong combo, darts, and skeeball. You will also find another BONUS Twin daybed & TVs all around! The rec room is attached to a media room with 75 inch smart TV & lower master bedroom suite, accessing a private lower fully-stocked kitchen with a 2nd full -size washer/dryer, making this cottage almost like 2 homes in one! Doors lead outside to an expansive covered porch, including a hot tub with stunning year-round Pigeon Forge and Smoky Mountain views.
Misty Mountain Escape is within walking distance to the seasonal pool at Old Home Place.
