Main Level:
The expansive, level concrete parking and entry affords easy access for everyone in your group, as well as a guest-accessible Electric Vehicle charging station. Enter through the custom designed 42’’ front doorway, wide enough for wheelchairs and scooters. All main level interior doors are 36’’ wide, making them handicap friendly.
Step into the luxurious open great room and chef inspired, fully equipped kitchen with waterfall edge natural granite counters. Enjoy outdoor living and comfort from the living room to the covered back porch, featuring a gas fire pit and an in-line gas griddle-top grill for the chef in your family!
The main level offers two master suites. Located on the left, Master Suite #1 is equipped with a King sized bed, large master tiled shower with a bench, private commode, and vanity. A private 10×14 covered balcony with rockers offers you a secluded spot to enjoy your peaceful surroundings. On the right you will find Master Suite #2. This well appointed suite has a King sized bed, his & her closets, large tiled shower and bench, as well as access to an additional private 10×14 covered balcony with rockers. Master bathroom #2 offers the convenience of entry from the great room, so the rest of the family can access it privately without entering a bedroom.
Lower Level:
Hand cut walnut slab railings at the top of the unique wooden stair case provides peace of mind for families with small children. The lower level game room includes a private movie theater, custom log pool table, multicade, and smart TV for all ages. The lower level Guest Suite #1 has a King bed and a private bathroom, featuring a tiled standing shower. Guest Suite #2 has two Queen beds and access to a full bathroom. Both bedrooms access a full-length lower covered porch, boasting a hot tub & setting area — not to mention the beautiful valley views!
Maddie’s Place is within walking distance to the pool and The Prayer Gardens.
