Main Level:

The level concrete parking and entry affords easy access for everyone in your group. Enter through the custom designed 42’’ front doorway, wide enough for wheelchairs and scooters. All interior doors are 36’’ wide, making them handicap friendly and wheelchair accessible.

Step into the luxurious open great room and chef inspired, fully equipped kitchen including a keurig, double oven and plenty of beautiful granite counter space. While sitting at the 14 person dining room table, the fixed-pane glass wall will make you feel as if you are dining in the clouds. The open floor plan offers plenty of room for the entire family.

The main level offers two master suites. Located on the left, Master Suite #1 is equipped with a King sized bed, 6×6 tiled roll-in shower with grab bars and large seat, private toilet, and double bowl vanity. A private 10×14 covered balcony with rockers offers you a secluded spot to enjoy your peaceful surroundings. On the right you will find Master Suite #2. This well appointed suite has a King sized bed, his & her closets, 6×6 tiled shower with grab bars and large seat, and access to an additional private 10×14 covered balcony with rockers as well. Master bathroom #2 offers the convenience of entry from the great room, so the rest of the family can access it without entering a bedroom.

Lower Level:

Hand cut wooden railings at the top of the unique wooden stair case provides peace of mind for families with small children. The lower level game room includes a second living area, custom log pool table, multicade, and smart TV for all ages. The lower level Guest Suite #1 has a King bed and a private bathroom, featuring a children’s “tiny hiney” commode top seat and tub/shower combination. Guest Suite #2 has 2 Queen beds and access to a full bathroom in the game room, also featuring a children’s “tiny hiney” commode top seat and a standing shower. Both bedrooms access their own private balconies, with the left master boasting a hot tub & setting area — not to mention the beautiful mountain & valley views!
