The upper bedrooms feature One King bed with a 32" flat screen and tub/shower combination, and 2 Bedrooms with Queen beds and full shower units . A spacious loft offers more sleeping capacity with the use of the queen-size leather sleeper sofa and a recreational area where you will find a 32" flat screen TV for games.
The kitchen has all new Stainless flat top stove, microwave and dishwasher, granite counter tops, large stainless steel deep sink, and a fully equipped appliance workstation. The side-by-side refrigerator has ice and water in the door. Dishes and cookware abound. A new gas grill is on the front porch.
The Living Area has a 40" flat screen and stone gas fireplace. Adjacent is a Laundry Room with a full-size washer/dyer and half-bath. The back screened in porch has a pool table, dining area, and thru the french doors, the hot tub area which can easily be closed off for those wanting to enjoy both spaces without sacrifice. It has a total of 3 showers and 1 tub/shower combination. Two large porches (front-open, rear screened) have rockers, benches and tables. There is a pool table on the back porch where the Hot Tub and Patio table are also located. The community Swimming Pool is Open Easter to October. A $40 non refundable damage waiver fee will be applied to this unit's reservation. |
