It has 2 bedrooms on the upper level with 2 queen beds each. The main level has a kitchen, 3 rooms with tables and chairs that will seat up to 50 guests. It has a large front covered porch. There is a large flat lawn in the back yard perfect for outdoor weddings. Paved parking at the front of the house. It is also a perfect place to host a birthday/slumber party for over night. Great for reunions, church retreats, business retreats. Check in time is anytime after 4 p.m. and check out time is by 11 a.m. date of departure. Couples wishing to be married at the Tin Roof on the outdoor lawn will need to rent their own chairs & tables to use on the outside lawn if they desire to have chairs & tables outside. It is located next to the Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant just off of Apple Valley Road near the little Pigeon River - less than 1/2 mile from highway 441.
